Terms of ServiceThese Terms of Service govern the use of the DIY Cupboard Factory website and the purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our detailsDIY Cupboard Factory operates from Unit 7, 3 Skietlood Street, Extension 3, Isando, 1609 in South Africa. You can contact us at info@diycupboardfactory.co.za or on 070 368 5711.

2. Use of the websiteYou agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of DIY Cupboard Factory or any third party.

3. Products and availabilityWe manufacture cupboards and related products to order based on the options you select. Product descriptions, images and specifications on our website are provided as a guide and may change without notice. All orders are subject to availability of materials and capacity.

4. PricingPrices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

5. Orders and paymentWhen you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products. We accept your order once payment has been received and confirmed.

We may reject or cancel an order if, for example, products are not available, there is a material error in the price or description, or we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent.

6. Lead times and deliveryMost products are manufactured to order. Our typical lead time is 10 to 15 working days from confirmation of payment, but this may vary depending on workload, material availability and order size.

We offer delivery within Gauteng at a flat rate, or you can arrange collection from our factory in Isando. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Risk and ownershipRisk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to your address or collected from our factory. Ownership passes to you only once we have received full payment.

8. Assembly and installationMost products are supplied flat packed and require assembly and installation. You are responsible for correct assembly and installation, or for appointing a competent installer. DIY Cupboard Factory is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation.

9. Returns, refunds and defectsOur Returns and Refunds Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges and refunds. This policy forms part of these Terms of Service and should be read together with it.

10. Warranties and liabilityWe aim to supply products that are suitable for normal residential use when installed and used correctly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIY Cupboard Factory is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

11. Intellectual propertyAll content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by DIY Cupboard Factory or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content without our written permission.

13. Governing lawThese Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
